Take a break

The famous Hotel grape vine, over the beer garden, is believed to have been planted in the early 1900’s as it was reported to be well established when the 1904 extensions were done. This grape vine is a prominent feature of the Hotel today & remains healthy & strong. It still bares grapes each year & provides great cool, summer shade.

Stopped here for dinner last night. Really nice bistro area and food was nice.
Roast of the day was amazing.
Great friendly bar staff who loved chatting to our 1 year old.
Felt really welcome as visitors from Sydney.
You have to head out to the beer garden and check out the grape vine!

We had a great chat with the Greek Chef and his food was good also. The 1890 vine in the back courtyard was very impressive, grateful to see it.
